Service Line "Value Management"

Based on our experience in project cost optimization, we developed our Value Management (VM) approach. Our approach aims at reducing the manufacturing costs of a specific product. Therefore, selected optimization techniques are applied.

Major costs are defined within the design area and are realized through production and materials management. These three areas are perfectly covered by our VM approach through coordinating and optimizing them with each other.

The development of optimization potential takes therefore place across the departments in collaboration with the staff of our client. Thus, we achieve know-how transfer for our clients in the field of methodology and also sustainability of the project. Our VM approach includes various tools as the classical value analysis, cost- and process analysis. Due to the broad-based expertise of BERODE we are able to consult on specific issues by our appropriate experts.
