About BERODE

The BERODE GmbH with headquarters in Cologne was founded in 2001 by Achim Roesner.

His idea: to combine consulting services on the one hand and engineering services on the other hand in one company in order to design cost-efficient products through technically sophisticated product concepts and production processes.

While in the beginning the focus was mainly on highly technological defence and security technology, today all engineering and manufacturing companies belong to the clientele of BERODE. We apply the same standards of trust and security to all sectors as we do in defence technology.

Due to the reduction of the vertical range of manufacture and the associated increase of the procurement share in recent years, BERODE has developed intelligent approaches and solutions in purchasing management in addition to technical competences.

With the help of the interdisciplinary approach and the creativity of the consulting teams BERODE develops easily understandable concepts with extraordinary solutions for its clients. But it does not stop at nice words and ideas. BERODE implements them sustainably and delivers visible results in a short time. Not only on paper, but above all in practice. Our depth of implementation and added value even goes so far that we have our own production capacities for prototypes up to individual small series.

The success is impressive. To date BERODE with its more than 20 employees has realised savings of more than 1 billion Euros for its customers.

Since the foundation of the company the topic “product cost analysis” has been the focus of BERODE. Therefore, we have developed our own product cost calculation software and use it every day at our customers.
