How do we define our consulting approach?
Over the past 20 years, BERODE has worked intensively with many of the concepts, approaches, methods and procedures available on the market for reducing product costs and has tried them out in a large number of projects. Be it the classic value analysis according to VDI, target price analyses from the automotive industry, parametric cost estimates, system thinking or other disruptive optimization approaches.
What can you expect from BERODE?
The expectations of our customers to achieve high cost reductions in relation to the current series have risen sharply in recent years. In mechanical and plant engineering, it is often minus 30 – 40 % in the agricultural and construction machinery industry minus 10 %.
