Prototyping and series production
BERODE operates its own production facility in Mechernich near Cologne in order to implement the developed product concepts more quickly. Since 2022, we have been using our modern CNC production site for prototypes, individual parts, small and series production.
We also use the expertise gained in this way to support our product cost analyses and carry out disassembly studies. This also enables us to map best practice manufacturing processes and transfer this knowledge to our customers.
For our customers, we are the partner who accompanies a project from the initial conceptual idea of a cost-efficient product solution through to a ready-to-install component.
Direct implementation competence
Our advice does not end with theory – it goes seamlessly into implementation. With our own production facilities, we have the ability to quickly turn ideas and concepts into real prototypes. This allows us to test, validate and identify optimization potential at an early stage. This not only increases the quality of the solutions, but also reduces time and costs in the course of the project.
